Within The Netherlands we ship through DHL. Prices depend on your order value and whether it is a mailbox delivery or package.

MAILBOX DELIVERY

For orders that fit through the mailbox, the mailbox delivery rate applies. During checkout you can select mailbox delivery if you are confident your entire order fits in a mailbox. Note the following:
  • All products in your order must be of the type 'mailbox delivery' in order for this rate to apply.
  • The product detailpage shows whether the product is mailbox delivery. If this is not indicated the product does not apply for mailbox delivery, even if you yourself think it would fit. In case of doubt you can contact us upfront.
  • It is possible that our system offers you mailbox delivery while this is in fact not possible. This is because the system cannot not always determine how many mailbox delivery products together will still fit the mailbox. In this case your order is shipped as package delivery at the cost of mailbox delivery.

International shipping

Rates outside The Netherlands

De kosten voor het verzenden naar het buitenland verschillen erg per land. Hieronder vind u de tarieven van een aantal veel voorkomende landen. Voor overige landen is het eenvoudig om de verzendkosten te achterhalen: Leg de gewenste artikelen in uw winkelmandje, ga naar Afrekenen, vul uw adres in en u ziet de verzendopties en tarieven.

Returning a product

Of course it is always possible that the products you ordered are not to your liking. Please contact us, and we will always try to find a suitable solution. Would you rather return the product? That is also possible of course.

If you have ordered the products in our webstore as consumer, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You don't have to provide a reason for your cancellation, however we do appreciate if you could provide a reason so we can learn.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return the product, you will have to let us know within 14 days after receiving your order. You can notify us in writing or by email. You can optionally use the this form. In any case please provide us info on your name, the products you wish to return, and the order number. In order to be able to pay you back your order amount, we also need your bank account number. After notifying us your have 14 days left to return the products to us.

Products need to be returned in unused and undamaged state, and if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Please enclose the invoice you received in the return shipment.

If the product or the packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try out the product, we can charge you with the reduction in value. Please take good care of the product and package it well when you send it back.

If the product is damaged when we receive it back, we will determine the reduction in value. You will receive no reimbursement of the purchase amount in this case or a reduction. In that case we can send the product back to you, at your own expense. The cost of return shipping is always at the risk and expense of the customer.
 
Return shipment types that force costs on us will not be accepted.
 
The law that allows you a period of 14 days to cancel the order is not applicable to companies. In case you bought the product using the invoice address of a company, please contact us before returning any product.

How do I get my money back?

Payments you have done will be reimbursed within 14 days of the moment you indicated you want to return the products, including the original shipping costs. This is under the condition that we have received the products back in good order, or that you have proven to have send the products in good order (a tracking code is not sufficient because it does not proof the contents of a package).

The cost of returning the products are always for the customer. These costs are about €6,95 per package within The Netherlands, you can look at the website of your shipping company, like PostNL, for the exact costs.
 
Please Note: The account number you provide must be the same as the account number from which the original payment was done. This is to prevent fraude.

Who pays the cost of the return?

The shipping costs for returning products you send back after canceling the order are always for the customer.

Exchanging a product

Do you wish to exchange the product for another? That is possible. Please contact us through email. Be advised that the shipping costs are yours.
