Shipment within The Netherlands

Pickup points*

You can choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point. There you can pick it up at a time convenient for you.

Note that packages are stored at the pickup point for one week. After that they are returned to us. In that case we will have to charge you again if you want us to ship it again.

Evening delivery

Are you not at home during the day? Then choose for evening delivery and your order will be delivered during the evening shift of your local delivery agent.

International shipping

Rates outside The Netherlands

The shipping costs for countries outside of The Netherlands differ per country. Here you find a number of rates for common countries. For other countries it is easy to get your shipping rates: just put the products in the shopping cart and select 'calculate shipping costs'. Provide your country and zipcode and the shipping rates will be displayed.

* UK VAT rules are automatically applied. Depending on the order amount we will either charge 20% UK VAT, or ship exclusive of VAT. In the latter case you are responsible for paying the VAT yourself. Because our prices are displayed including 21% VAT, they are not accurate when you are situated in the UK. Please add the desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once you have selected the UK as destination country the correct prices are calculated and displayed.

Note: the shipping costs indicated on your order are always the correct one.

 

Tracking your order

After we prepared your order for shipment you will receive an email from us. When our shipper receives your package we send you another email with tracking information.

You can always visit our tracking portal to check the status of your shipment.

Returning a product

Of course it is always possible that the products you ordered are not to your liking. Please contact us, and we will always try to find a suitable solution. Would you rather return the product? That is also possible of course.

If you have ordered the products in our webstore as consumer, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You don't have to provide a reason for your cancellation, however we do appreciate if you could provide a reason so we can learn.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return the product, you will have to let us know within 14 days after receiving your order. You can notify us in writing or by email. You can optionally use the this form. In any case please provide us info on your name, the products you wish to return, and the order number. In order to be able to pay you back your order amount, we also need your bank account number. After notifying us your have 14 days left to return the products to us.

Products need to be returned in unused and undamaged state, and if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Please enclose the invoice you received in the return shipment.

If the product or the packaging is damaged beyond what is needed to try out the product, we can charge you with the reduction in value. Please take good care of the product and package it well when you send it back.

You can also order a return label at our tracking portal.
If the product is damaged when we receive it back, we will determine the reduction in value. You will receive no reimbursement of the purchase amount in this case or a reduction. In that case we can send the product back to you, at your own expense. The cost of return shipping is always at the risk and expense of the customer.
 
Return shipment types that force costs on us will not be accepted.
 
The law that allows you a period of 14 days to cancel the order is not applicable to companies. In case you bought the product using the invoice address of a company, please contact us before returning any product.

How do I get my money back?

Payments you have done will be reimbursed within 14 days of the moment you indicated you want to return the products, including the original shipping costs. This is under the condition that we have received the products back in good order, or that you have proven to have send the products in good order (a tracking code is not sufficient because it does not proof the contents of a package).

The cost of returning the products are always for the customer. These costs are about €6,95 per package within The Netherlands, you can look at the website of your shipping company, like PostNL, for the exact costs.
 
Please Note: The account number you provide must be the same as the account number from which the original payment was done. This is to prevent fraude.

Who pays the cost of the return?

The shipping costs for returning products you send back after canceling the order are always for the customer.

Exchanging a product

Do you wish to exchange the product for another? That is possible. Please contact us through email. Be advised that the shipping costs are yours.
